
My Vision
You might be wondering just who I am, so let me answer that question for you. I’m Sheila Hawkins, Personal Productivity Alchemist. I am a not so ordinary productivity coach for women business owners. My method for working with clients is based upon my belief that productivity is personal, which means putting yourself at the core of getting things done. Discovering who and how you are when it comes to time and then use that to build a foundation for getting things done.
I serve Spirit-led, conscious women solopreneurs who have a holistic approach to business. They use their super powers as coaches, consultants, alternative health care practitioners or other service based providers, serving as change agents. I conspire to help them find what works for them to get things done. I do so because their struggling to be productive isn’t helping them accomplish what they’re up to in the world and we simply can’t have that. I help them find the root cause of the blocks keeping them from knocking things off their to do list so that ultimately they can serve the world with their gifts. Serving them helps me live my message and my mission. I am causing a paradigm shift. To change the way women in business see this thing we call time and how they approach getting things done.

Daily Rejuvenation Plan
You run out of steam before you run out of day and things aren’t getting done. The hump in the middle of it all is hard to get over and you struggle to make it to the end of the week. You’re mentally and physically exhausted. Depleted, running yourself down every single day and there’s no relief in sight. This week is likely to be the same.

Time Mastery Assessment
What you give your time to defines who you are. Managing yourself means asking yourself what kind of life you want to lead and what kind of person you want to be. Changing the way you use your time calls for identifying who you want to be and do. If you’re like most people, you think you know more about how you spend your time than you actually do. You believe that your memory is good enough to give you an accurate account of the time that you give to your daily tasks, but it’s just not so.
You may very well have too much to do, but you certainly already have all the time there is to get things done, and the truth of the matter is that you aren’t going to get more than 24 hours in any given day. Here’s another truth…you can’t master your time until you know how you’re spending it now.
